All parts installed are warranted as per manufacture specifications. The labor charges are relative to the equipment serviced and is guaranteed for 30 days (Workmanship Guarantee). We do not guarantee parts other than those we supply. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.

- Silver Membership: 1 Year Parts and Labor
- Chrome Membership: 6 Months Labor, 1 Year Parts

Equipment Installation & Duct Cleanings:
All material and equipment supplied shall be in accordance with the specifications contained in the installation agreement. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard industry practices and shall comply with local building code requirements. In the event you notify Quigley of any deficiency in the services, Quigley agrees to use reasonable efforts to correct any error or defect in its performance of the services in a timely manner. Quigley makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, operability, suitability, or condition of material or equipment supplied. The services are otherwise provided “as is”, without warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Purchases remedies’ are limited to repair or replacement, at Quigley’s option, of defective material or equipment. See Installation Agreement for full list of warranty details.
