The Incentive Tri Fecta – Act by December 1st to save over $5000 on an Energy Efficient System & Cut Your Future Electric Bill
For almost a decade homeowners looking to upgrade their HVAC system to a new high efficiency system have been able to offset the cost of that upgrade with a robust incentive package. This incentive combination has been dubbed the Tri Fecta as it combines Seasonal Manufacturers Rebates, Local Utility Rebates, & Federal Tax Credits. When combined we see our clients save on average $1900 and in some cases when upgrading to a heat pump or duel fuel system over $5000 in savings! While we expect Utility and Manufacturer rebates to continue, unfortunately on December 31, 2025 the 25C federal tax credits will be no longer.
Eligibility
To take advantage of all 3 programs you must have an Oncor meter and a system will have to be purchased during the period the manufacturers seasonal rebates are being offered. Seasonal rebates typically begin sometime in Mid-September and end on or around December 1st.
Process
There are multiple steps in the process from properly documenting your existing system to the post installation inspection and paperwork needed for claiming your tax credit.
