I am writing to comment on the installation of my Trane XL16i High Efficiency Air Conditioner and Two Stage Gas Furnace last week. In addition to being well built with many comfort features, it is very attractive. Your technicians, Vince and Michael, were outstanding in their work. They were prompt; kept moving at a steady pace without rushing the schedule. They were very tidy, put down drop cloths around the work area in the house and were very careful both inside and outside the house. They checked/corrected some minor details as they went along and did a first class installation job. I know I will enjoy many years of comfort from the new system.
