“Ray Romero came out today to do a PM and make a small repair on our a/c system. This was the third or fourth time (at least) Ray has been out to our house, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s professional yet also very friendly and personable. He takes his time to explain what’s going on now but to also go over some recommendations. He shows nothing but respect to us as well as to our home. Ray’s recommendations aren’t just sales tactics because he explains things and what possible benefits could be seen. I appreciate that he’s not a bit pushy. Ray inspires confidence and always makes me feel comfortable, and it is absolutely great to have him come back and visit. Ray is a great asset to Quigley, and Quigley is a better company for having him.”
