Mark Kay Ash stated, “A company is only as good as the people it keeps.” In the case of Quigley Heating and Air Conditioning, their amazing reputation is due in part to employees like Ray. Our spotlight this month highlights a man who not only takes pride in serving his clients but his country as well.
As the son of a military father, Ray joined the Army so that he could learn a trade rather than go the traditional college route. Having lived in Tucson, Arizona, Ray had first-hand experience with triple-digit heat and figured HVAC was a good trade to learn. His most memorable job thus far was driving through the chaos of the Texas State Fair to fix the AC on a tour bus. He wouldn’t disclose whose bus it was, so let your imagination run wild.
As stated before, Ray comes from a military background that has carried on to his children. His father served in the Army, his wife served in the Navy, his oldest son is a Marine and his youngest proudly serves in the Air Force. You can tell that Ray is proud of his family and their willingness to serve our country, and we thank them all.
When he isn’t isn’t out on a call, Ray “likes to spend time with my wife, smoke a good cigar and drink a glass of good whiskey”. Knowing that his customers are happy with his services and keeping them comfortable and their AC running in the heat of the summer, is what motivates Ray. He works hard and we here at Quigley appreciate his dedication to the job, and we think has more than earned that down time.
If you would like to know you have someone that cares about your satisfaction as much as Ray does, work on your HVAC, schedule an appointment today. You can rest assured knowing that with all of our techs, you are in good hands.
