  • Just before your call you will receive a text message letting you know who your technician is and that he or she is on the way.
  • Your technician will arrive in a marked company vehicle. They will be in a company uniform with shirts tucked in and an ID badge.
  • They will park on the street with orange marking cones placed at the front and back of the vans. If you have a preferred place for the technician to park, please notify the office if you have not already done so and we will relay that information to your technician.
  • The van will be stocked with manufacturers’ recommended parts along with shoe covers and drop clothes to protect and keep your home clean.
  • During the initial meet and greet your technician will have a few questions for you before they begin trouble shooting. Any additional details you can provide will be helpful during the troubleshooting process. This is a great time to ask questions. Before your technician gets started, he will leave you brochure showcasing our recommended lifetime system enhancement and seasonal specials. You can also click this link to view them now.
  • Once the meet & greet is complete the technician will begin performing a system diagnostic. This is a comprehensive assessment of your system to identify & resolve any issues affecting its performance or efficiency.
    • There will be times when a system diagnostic cannot be complete prior to an initial repair being rendered. In these cases, the system diagnostic will be completed once the initial repair is made and the system is running again.
  • Once your technician completes the diagnostic, he will review his findings and go over your repair options. If you are a Q-Club member the discount on your repair will be shown in the estimate. If you are not a Q-Club member be sure to ask your technician how you can save up to 15% on your service repair.
