Your advice and prompt responses were always a great help during the decision phase, and your personal dedication and commitment to get us the right solution was a significant factor in choosing the heating and cooling solution form Quigley. The service crew however also made a significant contribution to our decision to go with Quigley. During prior service visits your crew was always friendly and professional and this was repeated during the actual installation and duct cleaning last week. Special mention goes to the way you personally helped us get to the point where as AHS has to admit, that old heat exchangers were cracked. This enabled us to get the AHS warranty cash payout. We now feel that we have an optional solution for our needs, even though it will probably take us longer to assess if any adjustments may be needed. Thanks for your great service moving forward.
