Heating and air conditioning is a common area of concern for homeowners. We’re here to answer some frequently asked questions to save you time and money.

What size HVAC system do I need?

The ideally sized HVAC system comes down to the construction of your home. All homes are specifically constructed and as such require a specific system. We recommend you call an expert to examine and evaluate your home. Some of the variables they will observe include square footage, ductwork, windows, and insulation. Relying on an expert ensures maximized efficiency for your HVAC system.

What can I do before calling for service?

Further observing the problem before calling is a great idea. Check the basics, such as  the batteries of a thermostat. After all, dead batteries are certainly not a case requiring the service of an expert. Checking to see if your breakers are on is a great place to start. Sometimes they will flip off automatically.

Do air purification systems work?

Yes! They do. A variety of systems help provide you with clean air by removing dust, pollen, allergens, and other airborne particles. Some systems may even help with odors.
